Amazon Alexa Investigation

Janove PLLC is investigating whether Amazon may have deceived customers by selling certain Alexa products then discontinuing their capability to process voice recordings on-device. Start by filling out our form to see whether you could join a potential lawsuit.

Get Started

Have you purchased an Amazon Alexa product? Have you previously used the “Do Not Send Voice Recordings” setting? You may be able to seek compensation in court.

Amazon recently accounted in an email to customers that it planned to disable on-device audio processing for some Alexa products. Amazon noted that it had "decided to no longer support this feature."

You have rights. If you have purchased an Amazon Alexa product and it has lost on-device processing, fill out the form below. Find out if you’re eligible to participate in a potential class action lawsuit.

To be considered as a class representative, please email a purchase receipt for an Alexa product to website-intake@janove.law.
